  • The Motorola 6X is an AC/DC operated 5 tube BC/SW band receiver with cabinet in wood.  It uses the ballast tube L49C which we show but don't count. It also uses Qty(4) #41 lamps. There is also a model 6X11U in plastic with chassis HS-245 from 1950 which is sometimes wrongly referred to as 6X.
