Automotive 8 track stereo player. 12v negative earth for under dash mounting.
The unit has an interesting feature in that there is a protective "roller door" type shutter over the cartridge opening, whcih slides down out of the way and then becomes the mechanism to eject the cartridge. Normally, cartridges for 8 tracks are pulled out by the user and not ejected.
