    Special filters: -

    The aerial is coupled to the grid of V1 by a bandpass tuning circuit which also incorporates an image frequency suppression circuit (whistle suppressor). Additionally in the anode circuit of V4 is a heterodyne filter with a very sharp cut-off.

    The cabinet is in Indian Laurel, Walnut, and Pear in a modernistic style by R.D. Russell.
