R-307 (R307) is a complex device. The transistors are manufactured under Philips license (series AF114-117 and AC125-126 etc.) and have Japanese names (2SA and 2SB series). The diodes are also very similar to the Philips models, even the name (OA70). Matsushita (manufacturer, National-Panasonic one of the brands, e.g. for R-307, which is also called differently by other brands - but is otherwise the same) was the only Japanese manufacturer to "buy" European semiconductor technology. All others obtained licenses from companies in the United States. You can find more information about the company Matsushita and its brands depending on the market from the manufacturer.

This model sold in Australia between 1963 & 1965 for £53/11/-. Price & weight includes batteries.
