  • National Model RQ-703S Tape Recorder

    Self-contained twin track, three-speed AC operated tape recorder which is a modified version of Model RQ-703. Housed in attractive plastic cabinet with chrome grille.

    Features: power consumption of approximately 40 W with an output of 2W. Volume control and power on/off switch, tone control and monitor switch. Allows monitoring through built-in speaker while it is being taped, thus enabling use a public address system. Large size VU meter.

    Specifications: frequency response 100 - 15,000 C/s (Hz) at 7½ ips; 100 - 12,000 C/s (Hz) at 3¾ ips; 100 -5000 C/s (Hz) at 1⅞ ips. Recording system AC bias to 40 kC/s (kHz) and erasure system AC. Speaker 6" x 4" dynamic.
