    The Nikko STA-4010 is a compact Japanese AM/FM stereo receiver from the mid-1970s. It was positioned as an entry-level but well-built receiver, offering good sound quality and an unusually comprehensive feature set for its modest power output.

    One of the receiver's distinctive features is its front-panel microphone input with its own level control, allowing users to mix live vocals with music—a popular feature during the 1970s for home parties and announcements.
