    Schellack-Platten - Geschwindigkeit-Einstellung mit Drehzahl-Feinregulierung.

    Abweichend von vielen mechanischen Grammophon-Modellen mit direkter Beschallung
    über einen eingebauten- oder aufgesetzten "Trichterlautsprecher" hat Odeon bei diesem
    Gerät eine andere Variante der Tonwiedergabe realisiert.
    Der Schall aus dem "klappbaren" Trichter trifft auf eine nach innen gewölbte Schale im senkrecht stehenden Deckel des Grammophons und wird als "indirekte Beschallung"
    zum Hörer reflektiert.
