- The Philco 641 series is based on a 115 V DC-only 7-tube chassis with three band coverage: BC, 2.2-2.6 MHz, and 5.8-18 MHz.
There are three models with different cabinet styles: The early version (1935) of model 641B is a shouldered tombstone; the late version (1936) of 641B is a tombstone with slightly trapezoidal shape. Model 641X (1935-36) is a floor-type console.
