  • Both Philco picture tubes SF-21 and 21EVP4 were unreliable, and often had to be replaced on a warranty basis. The tube 21FDP4 was developed for this purpose, my TV had it exchanged in 1967. Shipping of the TV is recommended in two pieces, the dimensions are: base 17" x 29¼" x 15", screen 24½" x 20" x 14".
