Philmore RB-15 CR Substitution Box is a switch-selectible resistor-capacitor substitution box with low range resistance, high-range resistance and a separate capacitor selection. One set of wired clips is for resistors, the other for capacitors. While sold in the USA, it was sourced from Japan. Probable date yet to be established but likely late 1960s from the look of the components.
