    Licenced for use on 27.26MHz
    The "Micspeaker" microphone doubles as the speaker.
    It looks like it was originally made for 8 x 1.5v dry batteries but has been converted to take an external supply, probably 12v car battery.

    Appears to have attachment points for a shoulder strap or carry handle.
