  • A solid-state stereo-projection record player incorporating a 16 transistor transformerless amplifier with an output of 5 watts per channel (music rating 7 watts) into six loudspeakers mounted in the sides of the cabinet, and with a four-speed BSR UA15 fawn coloured autochanger fitted with a Pye "Butterfly" tonearm and ceramic cartridge. 

    Loudspeakers in acoustic chambers:  2 x 5 inch bass units, 2 x 5 inch midrange units,        2 x 2½ inch tweeters. Response 40 - 16000 Hz (substantially flat 70 - 12000 Hz), Distortion less than 1%.

    Manufactured under licence from CBS Laboratories. Released August 1964, price 69 guineas (£72 9s 0d).
