  • This is a superheterodyne MW receiver with an integrated loop antenna and a calibrator . It was used for the measurement of the field of AM medium waves broadcast transmitters . It has a big meter calibrated from 100µV to 10V full scale . Two very early Germanium diodes are used , one for detection , the second for the calibrator . The kind of batteries used is unknown . made by Clarke Instruments for RCA
