  • Highlights of the Silvertone 111B 9-Tube Screen Grid (see Riders 6-4 as model 111 which is for 111A and 111B and for 112 - the same schematic used) are a tone selector, 5-gang shielded tuning condenser for "Super-sharp selectivity", dynamic speaker with two field coils, phonograph pick-up jack, push-pull output stage. The Silvertone 111B is a massive library table made of rich selected walnut veneer. When closed, the receiver is hidden. The small ornate side panel covers the tunign controls and forms a door that drops down and slides under the table to render convvenient operation of set. The order number 57DM1114 1/4 is for the cash price $ 115 and 57DM1115 1/4 for easy payment resulting in $ 126.50. Including tubes it is order number 57DM1116 1/4 for $ 134 and 57DM1117 if for easy payment, resulting $ 147.50.

There is a model Silvertone 111A with the same chassis but a normal High Boy. Both can also have a transformer for 25 (to 60) cycles when ordered specially. The schematic from Sears notes "Model III". See details and summaries about Sears catalogs etc.
