  • The Sears Silvertone 4626 is a battery operated 6 tube BC and SW band receiver.

    Band Frequency Ranges are as follows:
    BC Band (Band A).............540-1750kHz
    SW Band (Band F)............5.8-18.0MHz

    Has 3 stage audio circuit with push pull output stage.  A bias cell is used in the second audio stage. Has 3 position tone control.  Also has Qty(2) dial lights, with the 3V voltage source used only to power the dial lamps.  The dial lamps are activiated by pushing the volume control down.  Model 4626 used with Dry A battery and model 4627 used with Storage battery.
