  • The Silvertone 1592 (Late version) is an AC operated 6 tube BC band receiver.

    The Early version uses a 57 mixer tube in place of the 58 tube and does not have the 5th tuned circuit on the secondary of the 2nd IF transformer, thus has decreased selectivity.
