  • Notes
  • The Silvertone models 2200 (Color = Maroon), 2202 ( = Green) and 2203 ( = Silver) from Sears Roebuck & Co. with the chassis 528.259 and 528.229 are three power portable superheterodyne receivers. It seems that according to Beitman Radio Diagrams 1953 the models Silvertone 2200, 2202 and 2203 use two different chassis and therefore we have listed both versions. But the schematic show no difference because it is the same sheet. SAMS Photofact date 12-53, set 224, folder 12 shows Silvertone models 3200, 3202 and 3203 with the same chassis 528.259 as the series 2000. We don't know the differences between those ranges but presume it is the case. Please have a closed look if you upload photos or schematics/data and inform via forum or contact sheet. The Silvertone model 2201 is with battery, $ 50.70.
