  • The Sears Silvertone 4765 is an AC operated, 8 tube BC, police and SW band receiver.

    It has 3 tuning bands: SW from 1.7 to 6.1 MC, Foreign from 6.1 to 18 MC and Broadcast from 545 to 1775 kC.

    This model page was created based on pictures of model without having access to the model.  The chassis label looks very similar to the chassis 101.482 (used in model 4769 and others).  The difference in the chassis looks mechanical, with the 101.482 chassis having the tuning knob raised higher for the "phone dial" type tuning knob, but otherwise the chassis looks similar, including the locations of the tubes and power transformer.

    The 101.488C chassis is not in Riders.
