  • The Sony ICF‑CD855V is a multifunction clock radio incorporating a CD player, digital AM/FM tuner, weather band reception, and VHF TV‑audio capability. It uses a digital‑synthesizer tuner with 15 presets and employs an internal ferrite antenna for AM and a wire antenna for FM/TV/WEATHER. The CD mechanism supports CD, CD‑R, and CD‑RW playback with repeat, shuffle, and wake‑up track functions. The unit includes dual alarms with CD, radio, or buzzer options, an extendable snooze feature, sleep and nap timers, and a backlit LCD display with date and triple‑time indication. Audio is reproduced through a stereo loudspeaker system using two 52 mm drivers.
