  • The Sony TR-7120 - sometimes written as TR-712/0 is the Sony 712 made in Shannon, Ireland instead of Japan. Not because of the Irish but for the cheap manufacturer price these models were inferior quality to their "originals". Same situation can be seen on TR-609 versus TR-6090 (or 609/0), TR-717 and its Irish twin, the TR-7170.
