- Multi purpose instrument for checking and measuring: capacitance, power factor, and insulation resistance of paper, mica and ceramic capacitors. Measurement of leakage current at rated voltage for electrolytic capacitors in range 50-600V adjustable. Insulation resistance is measured directly in range from 100 to 20000 megaohms. Automatic discharge of capacitors after measurement is also present. Additional feature is turns and impendance ratio bridge for laminated output, interstage, power and line transformers in two ranges: 1:1 to 100:1 and 100:1 to 10000:1. TO-5 was also available in TO-5R, which is 19" rack mountable and TO-5X which is export version, 115/230V switchable.
