Stellavox Sm4b ist ein tragbares Tonbandgerät hoher Qualität, das aus 4 Stück 2 Volt Akkus betrieben wird. Vollspur-Aufzeichnung (full track) auf 1/4" Band. Geschwindigkeit 19 cm/s, Spulen-Durchmesser 85 mm. Entzerrung CCIR, auch Modelle mit NARTB sowie Halbspur-Aufzeichnung möglich.
Import/Vertrieb u.a. für Deutschland durch Elektromesstechnik Wilhelm Franz KG (EMT) Lahr/Schwarzwald.
Vorläufer waren die Modelle Sm4a und Sm4.
