  • Notes
  • Along with many other Tektronix modules, this unit had its model designation changed from Model TU7 to Model 1M1 in the mid 1960s to comply with model designation format standardization by Tektronix. The Model 1M1 Plug-In Test Unit is a single-unit calibration aid for use with all Tektronix 530, 540, and 55o series oscilloscopes. An input connector on the front panel permits application of various external signals for use in the calibration procedure. This self-contained unit also generates fast-rise pulses for checking risetime and adjusting transient response of the oscilloscope vertical amplifier. This unit also permits checking the regulation limits of the poser supplies within an oscilloscope. It provides a quick check of the oscilloscope alternate sync and chopped blanking circuitry.
