  • Notes
  • Frequenzbereich 10 Hz bis 1 MHz, sehr kurze Anstiegszeit (< 1 nsec). This general-purpose generator provides simultaneous positive-and negative-going output transitions with 1-ns or less rise-time into 50 Ohm, or positive-going, hi-amplitude output with 12-ns or less risetime into 50 Ohm. A clean transition and flat top make the 106 ideal for checking oscilloscope transient response.
It can be used in such applications as diode recovery, core testing, digital and analog design.
    Sync Input—Accepts sinewaves, squarewaves, or pulses. Accepts 5 V-to-100 V peak-to-peak sinewave, 2.5 V-to-50 V pulse or squarewave, 100 Hz to 1 MHz.
Trigger Output—Positive- and negative-going triggers occur within 50 ns of the rise and fall of the HI-AMPLITUDE square-wave.
Positive triggers occur within 50 ns of leading edge of fast-rise outputs. Risetime is 50 ns and amplitude is 0.1 V or more into 50 ft. Time jitter is less than 300 ps.
