Der Color 424 basiert auf dem Konzept des Empfängers Color 110 ST, hat.aber eine kleinere Bildröhre. Empfangsbereiche Band I - V nach OIRT und CCIR, Farbnormen Secam IIIb und PAL. Das Gerät ist modular auf 3 Teilchassis aufgebaut, 2x vertikal und 1x horizontal eingebaut. 8 Speicherplätze, Anzeige des Programmplatzes über Bildschirmeinblendung.
