  • Model: Multi-Range Electrometer VC.99A - Thomas Industrial Automation
  • Shape
  • Tablemodel, Box - most often with Lid (NOT slant panel).
  • Notes
  • This instrument is complementary to the VC.99, with the same features, but some additional ranges:

    • A microcurrent meter measuring currents from 1 pA up to 600 µA in eight switched ranges. The use of heavy degeneration ensures a low voltage drop on current measurement.
    • Direct measurement of potentials of either polarity from 0 to 2,000 mV in two switched ranges, with an input resistance of greater than 1013 Ω.

Using an external potential source (500V test supply), resistance up to 1014 Ω can be measured.

More information is available in the uploaded specificatons.
