  • This radio chassis covers AM broadcast from 550 to 1700 KHz. The set was designed as a kit to be constructed as part of a radio course taught through UEL. It includes an RCA jack on the back panel for phono input. In contrast with some other correspondence course kits, it uses a safer transformer power supply.   The related UEL lesson for construction and training of the superhet is titled "Home Laboratory Experiment No. 7"
