Appears to be same chassis and tubes as the STAR-LITE KFA-W88. See stacked photo of both chassis. Schmatic is of the STAR-LITE. Both use 50C5 vs the 35C5 as noted in the schematic.
Most likely made by Rincan (Kyowa Electric) and similar models are Rincan TU 510 (50C5) and Rincan Wales KFA-W7 (35C5).
