  • Hybrid solid state / tube (valve) amplifier, using tubes for the front end amplification, and solid state for the power output.

    Note: the tube heaters are fed with 19 Vpeak half-wave sine waves, approximating 8.5 VRMS. Without modification to the heater ciruit, tubes will have a significantly shorter life.

    The product was initially advertised as a "valve amplifier", but later marketed as a hybrid unit, with a reduced price of $99.
