  • Duck‑shaped novelty AM radio housed in a moulded yellow plastic figure styled as a “graduation duck” with black mortarboard cap, white shirt front and black bow tie. The radio is powered by two AA cells (3 V) inserted through a compartment in the rear. Tuning and volume controls are typically located on the sides or back of the figure, with a small internal loudspeaker mounted inside the hollow body. The set uses a low‑cost AM radio IC with ferrite‑rod antenna and a simple audio driver stage, a design common to many unbranded novelty radios produced by Chinese OEM factories from the mid‑1990s to early 2000s. No maker’s mark, model number or branding is present on the cabinet. Sold through gift shops and novelty distributors as a themed graduation item.
