This portable superhet receiver was advertised as having 23 transistors (integrated circuitry). It has 8 wavebands:

  • LW: 2000 - 735.4 m (150 - 408 kHz)

  • SW6: 60 - 150 m (2.0 - 5.0 MHz)
  • SW5: 41 m (5.0 - 7.5 MHz)

This radio is a rebranded version of model VEF 206 made by VEF in Latvia.
