Voltmeter has three back terminals (Common, High and Low) and two front scales 140 V and 3.5 V. Change of scale is done by a little metallic tab (button) on the front black Bakelite ring.

Voltmeter was produced by Westinghouse under military specifications (U.S. Signal Corps type IS-117). Westinghouse style PH-61432-2 Type BX.

Internal resistance is 27.2 kohms in 140 V scale and 680 ohms in 3.5 V scale. Current consumption is 5.2 mA.

Voltmeter may be installed on a panel in a 52 mm of diameter hole.
