    "Type C" Crystal Detector.

    This is an unusual detector.
There are three chunks of mineral in the detector cup.
Instead of a cats whisker, the movable portion is a mineral (pointed), possibly silicon.
The arm is spring loaded and the off-center pointed mineral revolves to select which of the three mineral crystals are desired.
