  • To remove the chassis from the cabinet:

    1. Unsolder output transformer leads and two black AC power wires from the speaker terminals.

    2. Unsolder one grey AC power wire from the clock motor.

    3. Remove clock and radio knobs by pulling straight out.

    4. Losen three screws below the front cover and lift cover off from the bottom.

    5. Remove dial pointer by pulling straight out.

    6. Remove four screws holding chassis to cabinet.

    The Beitman diagram is missing the ground connection to one side of the output transformer secondary.
