Description |
The 8056 is NOT electrically the same as the 6CW4 - as one can read sometimes. It has a lower gain (12 vs 68 for 6CW4), and a higher plate current at a lower voltage (9.5mA @ 24V vs 7.2mA @ 70V for 6CW4). The plate characteristic curves are quite different.
