Bei mir fand sich ein solches Bauteil. Die Recherche bestätigte, dass es sich um einen Optokoppler handelt. Er wurde von Toshiba hergestellt und trägt die vollständige Typenbezeichnung TLP721 mit einigen nachgestellten Varianten.
