Dear administrators The pinout presented on PL841 is wrong,the G2 is connected to pin1 not pin 9. Has can be seen in the circuit diagram (left side) G2 is connected to pin 1. I also have this tube, when i was testing it,i had almost no emission, until i found a pinout diagram that presented G2 connected to pin 1. When i connected the G2 voltage to pin 1, "voila" normal emission. When looking inside the tube pin 9 has no connection. So the pinout is diferent from EL84, unless, there are variants on this tube with diferent pinouts? Kind Regards, Aires Gomes |

Thank you, Mr. Gomes! I made a new drawing with the correct connection of g2. Will be uploaded soon... By the way, Mr. B. Mak made already the same suggestion in 2015. Regards.

PL841 data sheet from Anonyous 15 Collector is wrong. Only cirkut diagram of Turkus TV from Mietek Jozwik is right. Tube PL841: g2= 1, tube PL84:g2=9. Was many mistakes in TV servises after develop PL841 in Poland.Sometimes polish data-sheet PL841 literature was printed wrong,as Anonymous 15 Collector.
