One has to know that Poland governed Wilno/Vilnius during some time. Wilno/Vilnius is the name in Polish whereas Vilniuje is the name in Lithuanian.
In 1940 manufakturer "Elektrit" russians move to MINSK, in Belarus. Its become "Minsk Molotov Radio Works". And first Minsk radios is "Elektrit" copy.
