My Gavotte 9 will receive FM signals loud and clear from 100Mhz to 108 Mhz but cuts off at anything below 100Mhz, only low static. Changed ECC85 to no avail, I suspect antenna coupler but has anyone seen this condition before?

Any response appreciated.

This model, also known as Gavotte 9U, as designated for export to North America, is equipped additionally with Shortwave (Kurzwelle) band, from 50.5 - 16.5 meters.
