MH4 (MH4) Ausgangskennlinienfeld

Für eine MH44 wurde das Ausgangskennlinienfeld gemessen. Die Messung wurde wie bei den LAJ4110, 164V und REN1104 durchgeführt.

Anodenspannung 20V/Kästchen (x-Richtung)
Anodenstrom 2mA/Kästchen (y-Richtung)
Gitterspannung 1V/step

Ausgangskennlinienfeld MH4

Ein Vergleich mit den Ausgangskennlinienfeldern der oben benannten Röhren zeigt, daß die MH4 eine größere Steilheit hat. Demzufolge ist der Abstand der Kennlinien größer.
