Below you find a part of the radio collection Harold Kirkham - including other related items. I collect radios older than I am, mainly. I have a mix of US (mainly) GB, Germany and even one from France (not yet working). And one or two from Japan. My oldest is a 1928 portable from England. It uses 2-volt valves, like HL2. These days I have a good collection of signal generators and measuring equipment, though I have been fixing old radios since I was about 12. (No test gear for me then!) I have many schematics, including some I have drawn up myself. I also have designed replacement stuff for some of my measurement equipment -- for example, an ultra-high impedance detector for a GeneralRadio Megohm bridge (can measure up to a few T ohms). I will be glad to share and offer help. |
