Company was found by communists as a first trade company for export/import, mainly in electronic, measurement device, optic and fine mechanics industry on 1st Juny 1949. During 50`s and 60`s company was a few times reorganized by creating a new trade subjects. After 1989 company went slowly to bankruptcy, on beginning of 90`s it sold all properties and closed activity. |
