Company was founded by merge of 2 subjects: "Gábor György grammofongyár" and "Liedl Gyula precíziós mechanikai gyár", base capital 300000 Pengö.

After promising years in 1931 it had financial troubles and in 1933 went into bankruptcy, in 1934 it was erased from register.
