The Chicago Apparatus Company was located at 40-42 Quincy Street in Chicago, Illinois. In a 1910 catalog (their third) this company offered a two slide tuner complete crystal set. This is one of the first commercially offered complete radios albeit a crystal set.

It is not know if this company was related to the later Chicago Radio Apparatus Company from Chicago.

In 1910 R.R. Shaw was president of the company and M.C. Stoelting was secretary and treasurer.
