Crosley Vacuum Products Corp., Cincinnati, Ohio.

This corporation is most likely a subsidiary of the Crosley Radio Corp. in Cincinnati Ohio. In the book Tube Lore by Ludwell Sibley there are listed 6 Crosley DEFLECTRON's. A Deflectron is a tube without grid but they have a control electrode placed near the filament. Sibley writes: These Deflectrons are believed to be market-trial prototypes, possibly to gain leverage in Crosley's licence negotiations with RCA.
