In early September 1951 Bendix and Technico formed a jointly owned company, Bendix-Tecnico Ltd.  In 1955 Pye Ltd of Cambridge England bought half of Bendix Tecnico shares. Finally in September 1967 Pye sold its shareholding to Bendix USA and The Bendix Corporation Australia Pty. Ltd.,  443-453 West Botany Road,  Rockdale, NSW 2216 Australia was formed
