Small manufacturer active after WW2.

Founded in 1913, the Établissements Hachel S.A. in Liège (around 30 km from Verviers) produced soldering equipment. We haven't found a direct connection to this company yet, but they also had a logo with an L superimposing an H (see images). This remains to be investigated.
