In 1916, Svenska AB Logg was taken over and their production of speed and distance measuring instruments continued. In the 1930s, they also manufactured optical instruments. In 1974, the name was changed to Nife Jungner AB. The company was taken over by the Sonesson Group in 1980, then sold to Cardo in 1986, and in 1991 taken over by the French battery company SAFT (Alcatel-Alsthom group), after which the firm renamed to SAFT Nife.
