Brewer Labs was founded and managed by A. B. Brewer (*14 Feb 1932 - † 10 Feb 2007). According to a news item in "73 Magazine" no. 4 1979, the company was raided by the FCC and some 440 illegal CB linears valued at $200,000 were seized.
