Custom Built Radio. 229 Castlereagh Street, Sydney (1931-1933) Brand: C.B.R. Mr, E. R. Park was a keen radio amateur and Radio Manager for Bryant’s Radio Department and started Custom Built Radio in August 1931. [1] He manufactured C.B.R brand chassis and sold them to wholesalers and manufacturers. In July 1934 he advertised he will sell to the public at wholesale prices and sold complete radios, chassis assembled, or in kitset form. He also stocked and sold a large range of components.[2] [3] Advertising ceased in early 1936. |
